Smoothie Roundup!

What better way to end the week, then with a smoothie roundup!

1 cup of tightly packed spinach

1/2 ripe medium banana (chilled or frozen)

2 Tablespoons avocado oil

1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Put everything in a blender. Blend and pour into a funky glass or jar and enjoy!


Chocolate Almond Smoothie

Serves 1

1½ cups dairy free milk

1 cup spinach

1 frozen banana

2 tablespoons almond butter

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao

ice (optional) 

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.  See how I’m sneaking a little cocoa or cacao in there?  I got you boo!



Serves 1

½ lemon, juiced

½ cup water

½ cup coconut milk

½ - 1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 banana frozen or chilled

2 teaspoons chia seeds

Blend the lemon juice, water, coconut milk, mango, and banana until smooth and top with chia seeds.
